Marcia McDonnough

A results-oriented professional with a strong client-focused approach toward achieving desired objectives.

An Event Management Consultant with over 30 years of professional experience in fields ranging from the travel, tourism and hospitality industry, and over half of those years spent in the entertainment industry focusing on large-scale events such as music festivals and conferences. Her events career actually began in 1996 when with the Air Jamaica Jazz and Blues team. She was also involved in the St Kitts Music Festival, Turks and Caicos Music Festiva and has worked as a marketing and sponsorship consultant for Reggae Sumfest from 2007, a role that she still occupied until its last production in 2020. In 2012 and 2014 she conceptualized and produced her own event, The Jamaican Epicurean Escape which was one of the most talked about food events in Jamaica.

Marcia is an entrepreneur who owns a ticketing and access management company, Touchstone Ticketing, which provides services for many well-known events in Jamaica, along with a full-service events management and marketing consultancy, Touchstone Productions. A team player who strives for excellence with the exceptional ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders of diverse personalities, varying skill levels responsibilities and positions, while maintaining professionalism, friendliness and the integrity of the team.

Maxine McDonnough

Maxine McDonnough brings to the table over 30 years experience in the area of research and publications and public relations. She is a graduate of the University of the West Indies with an honours degree in English and post-graduate diploma in Mass Communications.

After honing her research skills at the National Library of Jamaica, and developing her editorial expertise with the island’s oldest publishing house the Institute of Jamaica Publications, Maxine established her own research company, Research Ink Limited, which researched, scripted and mounted several major national exhibitions.

In 1993 Maxine entered the field of public relations. Her more than 15 years in this field has allowed Maxine to garner considerable experience in the entire spectrum of industry activities including event management.

While working with two of the island’s leading communications agencies Creative Projects and CGR Communications, Maxine provided consulting services for some of the nation’s and region’s foremost corporations

Michael Creary

Michael Creary brings over 30 years of experience in technical research and expertise to the team. He started his career at IBM as an engineer and this is where he honed his skills in mechanical equipment repairs and servicing.

He later moved on to open his own business Viewer’s Choice, which went on to become Jamaica’s largest and most popular video store, also being the first location of its kind to introduce DVDs into Jamaica. After Viewer’s Choice, Michael was integral in the startup of Touchstone Ticketing, the first local automated ticketing and access management company in Jamaica. As the Technical Director for Touchstone Ticketing, Michael developed his skills in website development and website security, a position he still maintains. He has since developed various websites including registration portals for several virtual conferences, shopping site for the Jamaica Jazz and Blues 2021.
